No. 22 SILVERDALE is a privately owned, luxurious, two bedroom lodge set in a slightly elevated position within South Lakeland Leisure Village.

This picturesque lakeside resort, with its own Health and Leisure Club, is ideally located for convenient access to the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, yet is only 5 minutes from the M6 motorway.

ABOUT THE LODGE...

The light and airy lounge and dining area with its panoramic bay windows is comfortably furnished for up to four guests. French doors lead onto a large decked patio with teak furniture.
Entertainment includes a TV with video, DVD player, CD audio system with radio, as well as local interest books, novels, maps and board games.
The efficient central heating system can be supplemented by an electric fire set in a feature fireplace to ensure year round comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has lots of cupboard space and includes oven, hob, microwave with grill, toaster, fridge freezer and dish washer.

The master bedroom has a radio alarm clock and ample wardrobe and drawer space along with an en-suite 3-piece shower room.
The second bedroom has twin beds, radio alarm clock, fitted wardrobe and drawer unit.

Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own towels/tea towels.

The separate bathroom is the perfect place for a relaxing soak after a day in the great outdoors.

HOW TO FIND US

Take Exit 35 off the M6 and follow the signs for Carnforth. At the large roundabout join the A6 northbound towards Milnthorpe/Kendal and after approximately 1/4 mile take third exit at the next roundabout and the entrance to South Lakeland Leisure Village is on the right.
